Buffalo Chicken Shells

This is a recipe that I have adapted from several recipes online and my addiction to Buffalo Chicken Dip. I absolutely LOVE anything with buffalo chicken. You just can’t go wrong. This recipe is freakin awesome!

You will need:
1 box jumbo shells
2-3 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (I prefer Texas Pete Wing Sauce or Moore’s Wing Sauce)
1/3 cup Ranch dressing (or more depending on your taste)
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups ricotta cheese
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Cook your pasta shells according to package directions and boil your chicken. You can also bake it if you prefer, but boiling is easier and faster to me.

2. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with a fork and put it in a large mixing bowl.

3. Drain pasta shells and rinse with cool water once they are done. This will make them easier to handle while stuffing them and they won’t burn your hand. Trust me, I know this from experience lol.

4. Mix together all ingredients except the cheddar cheese and shells.

5. Once ingredients are mixed well, begin stuffing your shells. Arrange them in a baking dish in a single layer.

6. Poor additional buffalo sauce on top of them to your liking. I prefer tons of the stuff, but it’s up to you.

7. Bake in the oven uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes. You want the inside stuff to be a nice, gooey, melty goodness!

8. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from oven and give your mouth a party! Let it cool first though, burning your tongue sucks!
