Day 2

Yesterday went unexpectedly well.  I didn't have high expectations, but I gotta say......I was surprised.  I was able to function without feeling jittery and crazy.  The Phen curbed my hunger so I was able to stay under my daily calorie allowance.  Well under, I might add.  I may need to actually eat MORE today.  Best of all, I had the energy to be active and exercise!  Fingers crossed that every day is as good as yesterday with NO bad side effects!  The dry mouth, I can handle.  The other stuff I read online, not so much lol.

I just took my pill for day two, so let's see how it goes!  Update later!


Day 2 Menu
Breakfast
Better Oats Cinnamon Plum Spiced - 160 calories

Snack
Baby Carrots (10) - 70 calories
Celery Stalk (1) - 6 calories
Peanut Butter (1 tbsp) - 90 calories

Lunch
1/2 cup grilled chicken - 90 calories
lettuce (1 cup) - 10 calories
croutons (2 tbsp) - 35 calories
Ranch dressing (2 tbsp) - 140 calories

Snack
Handful of Goldfish - 70 calories

Dinner
Roast with potatoes and carrots (7 oz) - 350 calories

Total Caloric Intake - 1021 calories  (wayyy tooo lowwwwww)

Ok, so the Phen is working a little too good on my appetite.  If I'm going to lose weight effectively, I am going to need to eat AT LEAST 1200 - 1400 calories a day with exercise.

Exercise is another area I need super improvement in.  Mondays and Wednesdays I am just so busy with work and school that it doesn't even cross my mind, but I need to get in that mindset that I must work out EVERY DAY.  The first day I took the Phen it was easy to work out because I had so much energy, but today I do not have that energy.  I hope it comes back!!
